Slumbr Sleep Formulation — Night-Time Complex (60 capsules)

A combined night-time formulation in a single vegetarian (HPMC) capsule — pairing calming amino acids with melatonin.

Each capsule contains

• GABA 150 mg
• Melatonin 1.5 mg
• L-theanine 150 mg
• L-tryptophan 220 mg

How it is used

Exactly as prescribed by your Slumbr physician — typically one capsule 30–45 minutes before bedtime, at a dose and timing set to your sleep pattern.
